Xaman

Xaman Tulum is a boutique residential condominium located in the La Veleta neighborhood, an area that has become one of the most active zones of residential development in Tulum. Conceived and developed under the direction of Roberto Carli, the project reflects a contemporary architectural approach adapted to the tropical environment of the Riviera Maya.
The design emphasizes open spatial layouts, generous terraces, and strong visual connections with surrounding vegetation, creating a residential environment that balances privacy, natural light, and ventilation. The architecture uses clean geometric volumes combined with natural textures and neutral materials, allowing the project to integrate with the organic character of the jungle landscape.
Outdoor areas and communal spaces are organized to promote a calm residential atmosphere while maintaining the boutique scale typical of developments in La Veleta. Large openings and shaded outdoor spaces enhance thermal comfort and encourage indoor–outdoor living, a key element of contemporary residential architecture in Tulum.
Through careful planning, construction management, and attention to materiality, Xaman Tulum contributes to the evolving architectural identity of the neighborhood while providing a refined residential experience within the growing urban fabric of the town.
